This has been nearly two years in the making, as it describes the fantasy I embarked upon from the equivalent of the third panel onwards in the first lecture of uni. I was, like the protagonist, very hungover, but unlike him I managed to struggle through to the end before crawling back into the realm of sweet, sweet unconsciousness.

Bill Watterson once said something like a substandard idea for a comic sometimes has to be carried by superior artwork. While this is not always the case (some comics need considered artword for the joke to be pulled off, and some ideas are too lame for even the best artists) I think this is perhaps the case here. I'm very happy with this visually, even if it is a bit chaotic and perhaps too ambiguous in a number of ways. I think I've finally found a combination of pens I can return to when I'm not feeling adventurous.
